Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading national group of companies that supplysteel products and structures. With more than 25 years of experience in the steel industry, this group is currently expanding its capacity and capabilities in response to Indonesia’s expanding economy. Our client is seeking an experienced and trustworthy professional with strong design capabilities to fill the job of Tekla Drafter, to be based in Cikarang, Bekasi, Greater Jakarta. The winning candidate, who will have qualifications in AutoCAD, or Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering, will have at least 5 years’ experience in the structure drawing industry and will work under the Engineering department on the projects assigned.
Responsibilities:
Make modelling structure and shop drawing assemblies details for fabrication
Make general arrangement drawing (erection drawing)
Monitor and coordinate the job of other drafters under him when necessary
Make a drawing schedule and meet schedules
Develop steelstructure drawing for several projects (multidisciplinary)
Make Drawing 2D and 3D
Create 3D Models with Tekla Structures
2D Development and Detailed in AutoCad
Requirements:
AutoCad Design 2D/3D
Literate MS Office
Sketchup
X-Steel (Tekla Structure)
Familiar with Internet
Work under pressure and attaining deadlines
Experience in drawing and modelling is a MUST
At least 5 years’ experience
Technical qualification in Mechanical, Civil or Structure Engineering
Ability to lead other Drafters
